My 14 year old grand-daughter wanted this for her hope chest. It is very beautiful and well built, it also adds extra setting in her room with out having a bulky chair. It also locks so she has privacy for her personal products she has purchased for her future when she has a place of her own. I haven't found anything about this chest to complain about.
