I bought this product for an anniversary gift, as my love has always wanted one. He absolutely loves the valet (especially the extremely handy storage area up top)! The only modification we would have liked to see is a wider pant leg bar (to avoid wrinkles around the seam of his pants). I was a little disappointed with how long my original order took. After a phone call and cancelling my first order we ordered this butler. It is very pretty, easy to assemble and came when it was supposed to. - Jellybean23
