I bought it because it looked okay and, most important, it was two feet wide which is really difficult to find in an entryway bench. It suits my needs perfectly. Plenty of hooks for throwing up a coat or hat quickly or for when company comes. The space underneath can hold shoes or a big basket. It is sturdy and looks fine. I mean, it looks like the picture: not the most gorgeous thing in the world, but pretty nice, actually. I've grown quite fond of it. - MyPalHal

[...] My husband put it together, took about an hour, just follow the directions and it will be no problem. The cushion is surprisingly nice and firm, made of a neutral mico fiber material. I have this small wall in between two doors in our living area and on the small wall has a return air vent, so could never find anything to go there without blocking it. This not only covers it up without blocking the air flow but it looks awesome, like it was meant to be there. It is very usefull as we are a family of caps and jackets. You can stack some caps on the top too. The bottom can be used for storage, maybe a basket of some sort. Great item worth the money. - Texas Jules

The halltree was very easy to assemble and is very beautiful. However, I do not use it as an entry way hall tree, I use it in my master bathroom. Using it this way has given me extra storage and a place to hang my towels without needing to have a towel rack on the wall. - "Non"

I use it for coats . boots , hats , scarfs and my dogs leashes and gloves........love it, the cushion is so comfortable and the size just right. - Debbie

Just a FYI when assembling: If you have trouble getting a screw started, check the hole for pieces of metal blocking hole!!!! I found this in 2 cases, just took a sharp object and knocked the metal off and the screw went in easily. Otherwise, pretty easy to put together. Put this together in the order stated on instruction or you'll end up having to remove what you just did to get it to fit. - kec

Cleaned up a dumping ground for everything from bags to waterbottles. Needed something for storage for small space, this fit perfectly. Easy to put together, best with two people. It looks attractive and is very sturdy. - Always looking

I bought this has a gift for my sister and brother in law. They are very happy with the storage rack/ bench and it fits nicely in the mudroom. I'm thinking about purchasing one for myself. They said the only drawback was tons of parts and time consuming to put togther. - Myrt
