This desk is a great product for the price, delivery on time, great customer service and they do answer the phone, and are genuinely concerned why you are calling and have a great tracking system. Only one part missing and they had it delivered to me in 3 days including the day I called. This is not the easiest desk to assemble but that is because it has a great assembly system that is strong and holds together once it is assembled. So is it hard or easy to put together, there is junk out there that may be super easy if you are completely void of mechanical skills but when you get it together it is still junk. Just take your time and follow the great assembly direction book that comes with this desk and be willing to spend 2 to 4 hours to assemble it and you will have a strong and great looking product and remember do not worry if a part is missing because all you have to do is make one phone call and One Way Furniture will have it out to you lickedy split. - Jerry
