This warranty does not include coverage for natural markings, variations in grain or color. Top grain leather and leather match (vinyl combinations) have a one year warranty on the leather and vinyl parts. Springs - The spring construction in this product is free from defective material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase under normal household usage. Cushion Cores and Filling Material - The manufacturer warrants all foam cushions against loss of resiliency for one year from the date of purchase. Seat cushions and back cushions will conform to its use and aging. Do not confuse normal softening that occurs in all foam with actual loss of resiliency. Warranty Service - This limited warranty extends only to the original residential consumer purchaser. The manufacturer's liability under this limited warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product at its option.
