This bed is just beautiful. We weren't able to fit the head and foot boards onto the frame because the holes didn't line up. The frame is very heavy so it was tough to figure out that it wasn't going to work. The company worked with us and sent out new head and foot boards which worked perfectly. I have no complaints and in fact the 'heaviness' of it is a good thing in a bed, in my opinion. This is a gorgeous bed and you won't be sorry ordering it. - Biblecat

I had the same issue as the other reviewer about the assembly of the bed, as just as stated the company quickly sent out a replacement, and scheduled a pick up for what couldn't be used. I enjoyed doing business with Oneway and applaud the way they do business, and the bed is truly beautiful and a better price than any where else Bravo Oneway - Lord1999

This bed didn't go together the first time around.The headboard and footboard didn't align up on the post. We contacted them and they sent out another bed and it went together like a puzzle. Very smooth.... It is a very beautiful Bed!!!!! I would recommend this to anyone who likes classy looking furniture. We just went from a queen size bed to this king size and it is wonderful...... - nana
