This product replaces an out dated coat rack in my barber shop. After doing some updates to the shop and painting etc. the old metal coat rack which was rusty, wobbly and an eye sore. I was so happy to have a piece of furniture that was easy enough for myself to put together in a matter of minutes and still have a great quality of craftsmenship to it. I haven't had the product long so I'm unsure how it will stand the test of time but having not spent too much money on it that's not a huge concern to me. - ChristeneH

I bought two of these, one in a light color wood and the other in a darker color for my daughters' rooms. It really helps keep their stuff organized and a little tidier. the first one arrived in perfect condition but the second one was broken. it could have been from poor handling during shipping but its hard to say. i called the customer service department and after following the required rules for returning damaged items, it was promptly replaced. excellent service and i will buy things from them in the future! - eskielover
