This pragma bifold frame serves my purposes perfectly. It is light enough for me to maneuver easily, and that's important to me since I have arthritis and am not as strong as I used to be. At the same time, it gives me the support I need in a bed. - Jame

Bought this for my son (college age), and I think it will be better than the platform bed. Platform beds don't give, so unless you like a more firm matress, I'd go with this. Easy to assemble, took me about 10mins, just not to easy to move on a carpet since there are no wheels on the bottom. But as far as ease when he moves out, think it will be easier for him to take with him. Overall really it! - Mom of 4 boys

We had a collapsible queen camp bed that originally came with an air mattress. We upgraded that to a 6" foam mattress. But the bed just wasn't robust enough for 2 larger individuals. When it broke last summer, I began the hunt for a sturdy, portable queen frame to replace it with. And the Pragma bi-fold is PERFECT. Yes, it's a bit big, but we go camping in a large SUV, so that's not an issue for us. This bed, with it's high weight rating, is perfect for us. - Robyn the SUV camper

This bed frame is light and sturdy and takes up very little room when folded. I'm using it as a camper bed, but would use it as an extra guest bed when needed. - Debra
