I found the valet to have a much richer look than what I expected for the price. It looks wonderful in the room and the only problem my husband has is that the "hangar" part often comes off together with his suit jacket, but it is easily reattached. - texas nonny

This valet doesn't take up a lot of room, but provides adequate storage for many pieces of clothing. My husband wasn't too sure at first if it was a useful piece, but now has a good place to keep his frequently worn ties and a place for pants and shirts that he doesn't want to put back in his closet. Purchased for my husband as a gift and did not want to spend too much as I was not sure he would use the valet. Assembly was not too difficult (use glue on wood joints) and I found quality & finish better than expected. I especially like removable hangar for his shirt/jacket. He has been using it since it was purchased. He does not carry a lot of items in his pockets so the shelf was adequate for his needs. The tie hangars will work for reg length ties - his are extra long and too long to hang. Would work great for reg length tie. Adequate width for hanging pants - no wrinkles.
