I purchased a pair of these stools quite a few years ago and they are still going strong. Attractive design, sturdy and very comfortable. I am getting ready to purchase another pair for the downstairs bar. I did end up recovering the vinyl seats last year as they had started to crack around the rims of the seat (they get ALOT of use) but other than that I would definitely recommend purchasing these stools. I purchesed these stools 6 years ago, they are a great stool for the price. We used them daily in our kithcen and they have held up well. The vinly is now cracking and it is time to replace them with a different style but we are very pleased with how long these have lasted. - Amy
